Kent County, DE
In April 2025, Kent County saw a 1.4% increase in homes says compared to April 2024, while the median sales price dipped 1.5%, from $335,000 to $330,000. The number of homes that went under contract in the fourth month of 2025 increased 3.4% from 2024.
Sussex County, DE
Home sales in Sussex County rose 3.5% in the fourth month of 2025 compared to the same time last year, while the median sales price climbed 0.2%, from $448,990 to $450,000. The number of pending sales also edged up 2.6% year-over-year.
Southern Chester County, PA
